  • Fabric: Colorful matte-cotton no-stretch embroidery in bold and bright somehow both seasonal and year-round color palette pops against the sheer black mesh and black satin trim. Embroidery doesn't have much drape or flounce, but this cut + fabric are a vintage dream. Shirred satin waistband with encased elastic.
  • Hip/Bottom Cut: High waisted vintage "tap shorts" are longer in the middle and higher on the sides. Stretchy elastic waistband and flowy fit, cheeky. Can be worn at hip or higher on waist.
