Cleaning: Warm water and a non-scented gentle soap you'd use on genitals will work great. Dissemble everything to fully clean and dry.

Lube: Pair with a water-based lube to make it feel even more like sucking! If you'd prefer to use silicone lube, take off the silicone rings first to preserve them. Heads up, that you might not get as tight of a seal tho and it might not feel as comfy.
