When Workshops are in Session, here are the details

Click into each event to read details about the workshop and to be directed to a product page to purchase a ticket.  You will not be asked to provide shipping information.  Workshop tickets are sold individually, so be sure to purchase one ticket for every person who plans to attend. 

WHERE: All workshops take place at our Refresh Wellness Collective: 1011 King St, Alexandria, VA, our neighbors just a couple doors down.

Doing workshops a couple doors down allows us to host on a variety of days and sell more tickets. Due to schedules filling up, we'll likely offer a few less workshops, but we'll have more space. It's all about balance!

WHO IS WELCOME: Lotus Blooms’ workshops are open to people of all genders and sexual orientations, individuals, couples, or groups. Due to state law, attendees must be over 18 to come to the workshops or shop in the store.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE: Workshops generally run about 90 minutes with a 5 minute break in the middle. Afterwards, the store is just a short walk away and will be open for individual questions and discounted shopping.  Workshop attendees will be given 15% off all purchases made that evening. We will be hosting on a variety of days, depending on when the space is available.

COVID POLICIES:

• We will no longer require attendees to show proof of vaccination or wear a mask during the workshop, as per the venues COVID policies.
• Please do not attend a workshop if you have any sickness symptoms (COVID or otherwise). We keep each other healthy by paying attention to symptoms and not spreading germs.
• Our educators will always be supported in wearing a mask if they choose.
• If you test positive before the event, please contact us immediately at info@lotusblooms.com so that we can arrange for your tickets to be opened up to a person on the waitlist. In the event that they are sold, we can provide you with a credit for a future workshop. If not, your tickets will be forfeited. Alternatively, we are happy to transfer tickets to a friend free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel, please notify Lotus Blooms at least 48 hours prior to the workshop and you will receive a store credit, less a $10 cancellation fee per ticket.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible to receive the store credit.  A full refund will be issued only in the event that Lotus Blooms cancels the workshop.
