Thrifty and Nifty Goods was crafted in 2020 in Lexington, Kentucky, and is dedicated to supporting social change and mental health education through lived experience. The owner, Elizabeth uses she/they pronouns, and has been a loud mouth bisexual advocating for change since she was little. Through their own late diagnosis of ADHD + ASD, they have dedicated their time to better understanding these illnesses, and how to make every day a little more accessible, while remaining informed and involved in social movements.
