In this workshop, we'll:

• Go over the anatomy of pleasure- so you can make sure you're making the most of your licks
• Discuss the pace of play- and how to build intensity so that your jaw doesn't hurt in the first 5 min
• Learn how to give and receive feedback in ways that add to the eroticism
• Peruse the list of "must haves" for products that turn good oral into great oral
• & we'll talk about how to use the tongue and hand techniques you already know & love, in ways that give you more "bang" for your buck!

Meet your Educator!

Kai (they/them) has been a sexual health educator for the last 7 years, the last 4 at Lotus Blooms. A proud member of the queer, kink, and poly communities, Kai thrives on creating inclusive programming for all folx. In addition to educating, Kai enjoys spending time with their hairless cat, Goose, and watching women's soccer.

What to expect from this workshop:

This is one of many classes at Lotus Blooms that is lecture focused with opportunities to share, ask questions, and check out the tools that make all forms of anal sex a fun experience for everyone involved. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask the expert and many resources provided for additional learning. Our educator will be showing off products and talking you through strategies to enjoy giving & getting oral a bit more!

Who is this workshop for?

Tickets are sold individually, so if you are interested in coming with someone else, make sure to get a ticket per person. That all said, you don't need to be partnered (in life or at the workshop) to learn something from this class. Feel free to attend solo as well!

Lotus Blooms’ workshops are open to people of all genders and sexual orientations, individuals, couples, or groups. Due to state law, attendees must be over 18 to come to the workshops or shop in the store. Workshops are currently held at Refresh Wellness Collective - 1011 King St (just a few doors down from the Lotus Blooms). Workshops generally run about 90 minutes with a 5 minute break in the middle. Afterwards, attendees are welcome to shop Lotus Blooms with a 15% discount. 

If you are running late:

Because the topics of sex, sexuality, intimacy, etc are so personal and often taboo in our society, our staff and educators work very hard to create events that make people feel comfortable learning and sharing. Much of the working agreements and standards of behavior tend to take place at the beginning of our short workshops. As such, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the workshop is scheduled to begin, we will not be able to allow you to join this time around and your tickets will be forfeited. We hope that this helps to encourage people to come on time and enjoy the entirety of the event, and create a comfortable space for everyone attending!

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, please notify Lotus Blooms at least 48 hours prior to the workshop and you will receive a store credit, less a $10 cancellation fee per ticket.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible to receive the store credit.  A full refund will be issued only in the event that Lotus Blooms cancels the workshop.
