About the Makers:
Chouquette (pronounced shoo-ket). is a local, Gaithersburg, MD-based chocolate shop that proudly supports inclusive employment practices, hiring folx living with intellectual differences. They also use fair trade and rainforest alliance certified chocolate and instead of soy, their recipes use sunflower. They also take care to avoid all GMOs and artificial colorants.
