Read on to understand the precautions we are taking and the changes you should expect to see during your upcoming visits

Following are the measures we are taking to help create a clean and safe environment for customers:
For Our Staff
Our staff will be wearing masks or face coverings throughout their shift
We have sinks and hand sanitizer for them to use before and after every interaction with a customer, or every two hours as indicated by a timer.
HEALTH SCREENING, TAKING TEMPERATURES
They have been provided with a thermometer and have been asked to take their own temperature around the same time every day to establish a baseline. If, on a day they are scheduled to work, their temperature is higher than normal, their shift will be covered, and they will be asked to stay home, though still paid for their scheduled shift.
In the Store
BY WALK-IN WITH LIMITED CUSTOMERS IN STORE – (As of 5/21/21)
Our customers are welcome in the store via walk-in 7 days a week. We are limiting shoppers to adhere to our social distancing restrictions. We are only able to allow a maximum of 9 people in the store at a time (this number includes staff members). Please be mindful of other shoppers and try to limit your time if necessary.
NO LONGER NEEDING (or taking) APPOINTMENTS – (As of 5/21/21)
We have stopped reserving appointment times since we have increased our capacity able to shop at one time. (While still adhering to social distancing restrictions).
Shopping will be first-come first served and if we have more than 9 people in the store, we will add your name to a waitlist or ask you to wait to come in. Our fitting rooms are open for you to try lingerie on & we are UVC sanitizing every piece before it returns to the floor.
During the height of the pandemic we were only accepting customers via appointment, in order to have contact tracing logs and control the flow of customers. If you have specific reasons why you are unable to shop with us without an appointment, please contact us at email@example.com to coordinate a shopping experience that keeps you safe.
In order to more quickly move through a flow of customers on busier weekends, we are no longer offering appointments on Saturday or Sunday. These days will be first-come first served, walk-ins and we will add your name to a waitlist if we are at capacity.
In order to maintain the bodysafe integrity of the store we will have a list of changes to the in-store shopping experience. See in detail here. All guests will need to agree to the changes before scheduling their appointment.
THE CLEAN FAIRY
We have created our schedule to have one person on staff responsible for all the cleaning and sanitizing at a time. This way they can focus on this important role. They will monitor staff and customers for touching of face and come around with gentle reminders and hand sanitizer. They will be responsible for the cleaning of high-touch surfaces every two hours, and will ask staff and customers to maintain social distances. They will monitor the limit of people in the store.
We have postponed all events for the foreseeable future. We will begin workshops again as soon as it is safe. If you have questions about a ticket you have purchased previously, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.

We totally understand that venturing out isn’t safe or feasible for many of our customers, so in an effort to provide additional options, and to give folx ample opportunities and reasons to continue to support small businesses, we’re giving you a shipping discount. No code necessary!
We are also continuing to offer free curb-side pickup of purchases made online. Simply select “FREE- In Store Pickup” at checkout and we’ll have your order waiting for you to run in, grab-and-go! See here for more details. Pick-up will be available during our normal store hours.
