Yet another recent creation by Rapture, this devilish piece is named "SIM", short for "Surprise In the Middle". 

Approximately 60 strands of patent leather, cut to a deliciously stingy 1/8" surround the surprise... five tails of braided patent leather.  
Surprisingly thud comes from this beauty, along with as much sting as you care to deliver
